  Jo Ann Prestininzi and her outstanding team as a pleasure with whom to work. As a real estate broker I use Fallbrook Country Escrow exclusively when I am on the listing side and when on the buying side I always ask for them because I know the superior level of service that they consistently provide.   Closed on my house just recently and Fallbrook Escrow miscalculated refund by over $25,000. A check was sent to me and the confusion was that the staff did not review the documentation correctly and accidentally sent a HUGE reimbursement. The staff asked me to return the documentation immediately; I sent the large refund next day mail. In return, Fallbrook corrected the documentation and the error, hence refused to refund the next day mail cost. JoAnn's response was "I will think about it if we do refund you. You did not need to send it next day but regular mail." I was shocked! The large refund was a major error was on their part and shows the horrible customer service as well for not apologizing for the error and providing refund for the return check next day. I do not advise anyone to use them; double check the costs they charge as well as other title companies do not have such high fees for messenger, email, and etc.
